Goa

I met Mathilde and Maude on the beach some where near Panji. I was so lucky that I found a guy with bike who charged 200 rupees to take me to Panji from Goa Airport. Mathilde's cell phone had some network issues she texted the directions where I must come.
The moment we saw each other, we jumped… me from bike and they from their chairs, we three of us hugged together tightly. It was happy to see each other. Here is the surprize, my mom sends them some home made cookies and sweets which she made during festive season.
we went to the Candolim Beach, it one of the beautiful beach of Goa. It reminds me Gold Cost, Australia. We chilled on the beach, swim, drink beer and stayed in the water until Sunset.
Now its time for a real party, instead we hit a bar or join any party bought stuff from the market and came back to the beach. it was dark by now, but we find a nice spot close to the water where some light was coming from a restaurant. we eat there, we drink beer and enjoyed until we lied down on the sad and started staring at the stars. it was such a precious moment, an unforgettable one.

We were somewhere on a planet, far away from our homes. I was in different state as they in a country. We were trying to find the faces of our dear ones who we were missing or who must have been missing us. When you find a place like this, with someone who is new for you but understands good, then you start a new journey of friendship and togetherness. Thee bond we make, it teaches us love. I am sure you can imagine these wonderful feelings, you must have felt it in your lives. That was the moment I wanted the earth to stop rotation.

Mathilde and Maude had a scooter on rent and the crazy girl Mad (Mathilde) was driving, Maude was in center and I was in the back. Its called tripling in India. We were lucky that police did not catch us drunk. However, we made safe to the destination.
They were Couch surfing in Goa, they already informed the host that I am going to join them. Gurpreet is a nice gentleman from Punjab. His place is nice.

Goa is amazing...  Wasko D Gamma ruled this city for decades so it’s look is inspired from Europe; northern Indian will not feel it as India. Second, ts a foreign tourist season so you will see lots of international  people either  you go to the beach or the market, you will see just foreigner only. Today we visited old Goa to see Churches and museums.
Everyday is not a lucky day, finally that unfortunate moment came when the police caught us three on the scooter. More bad that our driver, Mathilde was not wearing helmet too. Well, yes it’s a scary moment but requested them to stay calm and I talked to the police officer. I played my journalism wild card, tried to request him that I am a journalist, we are sorry, please don't give us ticket and  its our first and last mistake. Well, they were nice and jusat give us warning and let us go.

Delhi to Goa

There are many things to write and tell you guys as after Mcload Gunj I came to Amritsar and they went to Billibird for Paragliding. on the way back their bus had accident and they got injured. I met them again in Amritsar and took care of both my friends and a french guy with broken collar bone. next day with the help of my friend Avtar I putt hi, back into flight to France.
I brought Maude and Mathilde to my house so they can heal in few days from the accident trauma and wounds. My mom took care of them very well. As it was wedding season in India so they got chance to visit my friend's wedding, I am sure they enjoyed there.

Diwali was in few days, so Maude left to Lanchnow when me and mathilde went to Pushkar after Diwali. I wont say that Udhaipur is a Royal city as I'll say that Rajsthan is Royal state of India.

From Udaipur Mathilde left to Mumbai to jopin Maude and I left for Delhi.
I got a call for 3 days freelance work which will pay me good amount to continue my travel. A flight to Ranchi then by road to Jamshedpur for Golf Shoot. I was filming Golf matches for CNBC Sports channel as a Camera Person.
Ranchi to Jamshedpur the road was amazing with beautiful landscapes and mountains. there was a long strait road with mountains both sides. I saw a different farming and big fields of tomatos.
Ranchi airport is small but busy with lot of passengers. I never seen this much passengers on a small airport.
After finishing my shoot From Ranchi I flew to Chandigarh the city beautiful for another freelance work as assistant director for a Bollywood film 'Woman From The East' I was assisting the director Jeet Matharru. it was cold but filming at night was exciting.

I spent few days with my mom at my home and visiting my friends wedding. I was kind of missing the trip so now I am going to southern India to join Mathilde and Maude in Goa.
I have much free time at the Delhi airport now, so I am making it useful to write my blog. I have a flight Delhi to Goa at 12:35 and now its 10:10.
I am very excited to see Goa. it was my dream to go there. I am going to have some fun guys !

will give new news soon... after visiting there...

Shimla Mclaud Gunj

In the morning after break fast we left our bags in the hotel and went out. I sugested to leave shimla today evening, we already had seen mpst of the places in 2 days including Advance study centre and the mall Ridge. We decided to leave for Dharamsala in the evening by bus. It was dark when we got our bags and left for the bus station. We got the bus and left the shimla at 9 o'clock.

We reached Maclaud Gunj in the morning. Luckily here we found the room easily in a guest house. We had a hot shower, a nap for about 1.5 hours and left for breakfast around 1 o'clock.
I am missing Shweta. She always remains in my heart. I am just thinking some things that if she could have been here with me it would be wonderful.

Its 9 pm now

After having breakfast we went to the market and after falls. Both the girls shopped a lot on way to water falls and of course on the way back to. We visited all most all the shops. I too bought a scarf for My mom and earrings for Shweta.
We fight before I left for this trip so she was mad at me, but today she sent me an email... A love letter. I know, we will be back on track soon...

sweet bitter memories

Two days ago Mathilde's friend Maude arrived Chandigarh. I took them to many places to show the city, we also went for shopping from Sector 22 Markit. (Manoj wired me some money) After shopping, they wanted to see Chandigarh's night life but somehow it didn't worked out and we bought some booze and party in the flat.

Now its time to move on again, we paid the house owner for our stay and left for Shimla. I traveled to Shimla many times and so by toy train its the best way to enjoy nature, but we were not lucky enough as train already left before we reached Kalka ji (a city next to Chandigarh from where you can take a train ti Shimla). Here I felt worth as being experienced. I knew this train does not run fast and stops on the way at many stations, if we take the bus then we can catch it half way somewhere near Dharampur. But as I said it wasn't our day so our bus broke down at Sanmara. The only option left to share a long distance taxi again, up to Solan.

Here we arrived  way earlier than train. So we got some time to eat. Another bad luck, suddenly rain started, we tried to escape from rain and ran towards train station with foods in out hands and bags on shoulders, we were wet and cold. At the same time it was fun and enjoyable experience. (at-least I was enjoying it a lot.)
I wasn't prepared for this situation, without any warm cloths. Mathilde gave me her polar flees and all sat adjoining together on the bench to prevent the cold. How ever it was still enjoyable, siting on a bench watching heavy rain, eating, smoking on the plate form. One and half hour later we bordered the train.
There are few places where train has to stop to pass another train coming from the other side. This is a single track, so it stopped before a long tunnel, we jumped off and took lot of pictures. Our dream came true to go by train, we all were very happy. It was an enjoyable journey though we did not get the seat into train but still we were traveling and having fun.

As we get down from the train at Shimla, rain starts again. My friend had booked a guest house for us so I called the guy. We were tired of standing in the train from last 3-4 hours. Here in mountains on height, its way too cold than plain.

We walked in the rain,  however we reached to that place we supposed to stay but the they refused to accommodate us, because foreigners can not stay at their place. well, it was disappointing and upsetting.  As we kept trying in other hotels and guest houses, either they were costly or if they accept us to stay then one of us have issues. defiantly it was  embracing for us. I tried my best and we knocked the door of every hotel on that hill, most of them were full. Rain was not stopping. I called Manoj again if we can stay at his place, but he lost the key of his house and told me to cut the lock but I didnt wanted to spend my night with this new hassle.
We tried some local agents to find hotel but most of them were very costly or they didnt allowed foreigners. Maude wasn't behaving good too, I could have stay at my friends place or get a room at any place.
Then the point came when Maude screamed and math decided to go away alone, it was too much for me. I said "just go inside and get the room, I will pay." I got the keys and took them to rooms. Now they were calm and saying that we will pay and sorry and Blah Blah Blah . I just paid by my credit card.

From now on I have decided to keep myself clear and will do what I want to do. Good night for now.

Mansoori

We decided to leave the hotel and packed our bags. We went to the Kempty falls by shared taxi. On the way back we carry-on the same car as it was going Dehradoon.
We took bus from Dehradoon to Chandigarh and reached here at 9:30pm. It was a terrible journey by road in a Roadways bus.
Now there was a big trouble ahed that where we will stay? I called all my contacts, at the end got one flat which was used by Sukhbir (a friend from Punjabi Film Industry). Sukhbir called the paying guest house owner and they allowed us to stay, I may have to pay for a month as much she paid to them, Lets see.
Chandigarh, the city beautiful is my own city. I went to university here. So now it was my turn to show her around so I took her to Rose garden, Luiser vally, Rock Garden, Parliament, Sukhna Lake and 17 sec. Markit. These are the places where we mostly hang out.

Mathilde wrote a new blog today, most of the time she wrote about me. Yes, really she eat a lot, and she is more strong than most of boys. I am enjoying this trip and her company.

Today I checked my bank account and there are only 43 rupees in my account. Now how I will survive, I don't know. May be its better I should tell her to travel alone. Because I don't want her to pay for me.  I have no money, my credit card bill is due, and lot of other things are there. I kept thinking how to find a way to arrange money... Ohh god please help me, find me some freelance work. Give me some money. I want to keep traveling with my new friend.....

My first experience

The day we went to the beach was first. It was very wonderful experience. After beach we hang around in the city, Lakshman jhula and a park. Actually she was showing me India, it was different experience of traveling. We also went to Haridwar, it was my wish to clean my sins by dipping into Ganga's Holy water. We also went to see our family Prohit (the official Holy people who take care of our family tree and bloodline) to show her how they keep our records.
Next day we left for Dehradoon by bus. We sat in a park and eat some fruits. We were testing new foods. I never dared to taste much before, now I am enjoying foreigner foods in Indian for few days.
There was not too much to see in Dehradoon except Bhudha Temple which was amazing. So we decide to stay there because it was very much big and still a major part was left to see and it was dark. So we got a guest house there.
In the morning after visting the temple we left for Mansoori by a shared taxi. Here also we found hotel first and then we saw Gun Hill by cable train and walked on the Mall and she eat a lot from there. Today she tasted two new things one Gol Gappa 2nd Allo Tikki.
We sit there for sometimes and talked a lot she told me about her life and I told her about mine...

Rishikesh

I was not feeling well sitting idle, something was upsetting me being alone at Manoj's house. The only thing to was surfing internet, somehow I started reading Math's blog from her facebook post. She written all about her traveling experience, she was documenting her memories via blogs, I flipped when I was she mentioned my name too. She was enjoying her trip to India, my heart started beating fast to go there and join with her for adventure. I sent her a message on facebook, and asked to join her which she agreed.
The following day I packed my bag and took a train, I reached Rishikesh in the evning around 8pm. I went to the guest house she was staying with her friend. My first meeting with her in real, I can tell will go along well. She is really a nice girl, more nicer than I thought. This Cottage didn't had any vacancy, so I tried another one and got the room at Bhandari Swiss Cottage just for Rs.250 only. I never traveled as backpacker so didn't had idea if you can rent a room that cheap !
Later we met for dinner and went for a long walk along the Ganges.
Returning back to her guest house, I met her American friend James, who was leaving next day to Delhi. We did talk for some time and came back to my Cottage with promise to meet her next morning for Yoga. I found her sweet to everyone. I had met foreigners before, traveled to few countries for work but it was my first time being friends and travel, they are open, caring and yes way more wise.

I am a lazy young boy, never woke up early in the morning except when I have no choice and was is calling. She might have already noticed so she came to my room pulled me out of bed for yoga, we spend there at least an hour. I was the Indian among foreigners. I liked as she paid 100 rupees for me, I didn't brought my violet as I didn't had any idea that I have to pay for Yoga class. It was good experience, but my body must be aching rest of the day.
My Cottage was way better than her, so as her friend checked out so after breakfast she moved to my Cottage, Room was not cleaned and check in was not possible before 12 pm so she kept her stuff into my room and we left the hotel and by walking we reached the beach on the corner of Ganges.
It was funny as I being Indian didn't know own country and a foreigner with a book in hand was showing me my own country. I would have never experienced it without her, because we Indians do not travel like this. we miss so many details...
